I love to cook… I love to eat… and I love to teach! So that’s what I do. I teach fun, engaging cooking classes to folks who want to eat delicious, life-affirming foods. I also offer health coaching for those who are serious about making diet and lifestyle changes to get healthy and feel great.
My specialty is delicious, health-promoting plant-based cuisine. I am a self-taught home-cook and I like to make fast, easy, tasty dishes. My teaching and coaching expertise comes from a Masters degree in Education and 20+ years experience teaching adults. I am also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through IIN, a Food for Life Instructor through PCRM, and I have a Certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from e-Cornell. Credentials aside, I do this work because I absolutely love it!
